Tax Credits: Expected HMRC standards

The HMRC Charter was introduced in 2009 and sets out a list of 9 rights for you and your client and 3 responsibilities upon you and your client. Although it does not replace existing rights and remedies, it is a useful addition particularly in complaints. More information can be found in the Charter section.

The second part of this section gives information about dealing with HMRC if you have a disability.
