National Minimum Wage: Legislation and case law
In this section you will find national minimum wage legislation and case law. You can use the menu to your left to select statutes, statutory instruments or case law.
Primary legislation including the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and other relevant acts can be found under ‘statutes’. You will find all of the acts in their original form, and over the coming months we will be adding consolidated versions which will include all amendments to 5th April 2010.
Secondary legislation which includes national minimum wage regulations 1999 and other related regulations can be found in the statutory instrument section. There you will find the main (substantive) national minimum wage regulations in their original form and over the coming months we will be adding consolidated versions which will include amendments to 15th April 2010.
