HAVCO was formed to assist the work of voluntary and community organisations in the London Borough of Havering. It provides a PDF document (April 2007) entitled “Who must get the National Minimum Wage?”
The document outlines who is entitled to receive the National Minimum Wage, focussing on specific groups of workers including volunteers and disabled workers.
