May 2013 – Transfer of savings from CTF to junior ISA
In Budget 2013, the Government announced it would consult on the option to allow transfer of savings from a CTF account to a junior ISA, whether to allow such transfers and how they could take place. This consultation commenced 14 May 2013 and ends on 6 August 2013

October 2007 - Voucher Requirement for Account Opening
In October 2007 HMRC opened a consultation seeking views on whether removing the need for parents to send in a voucher as part of the CTF process would improve take-up rates.
The consultation document was accompanied by an impact assessment.

December 2004 - Consultation on age 7 top-up payments
HMRC issued a consultation as part of the 2004 Pre Budget Report about Age 7 top-up payments for the CTF.
